Everyone that was in the game should have been in the game... except Hunter Hearst Helmsley should have been Triple H.
Other Wrestlemania legends that should have been in?
"Macho Man" Randy Savage
Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat
Out of everyone missing, these two DEFINITELY should have been in, as they are considered to be the two members of the greatest Wrestlemania match of all time.
Mr. McMahon - Vince has been one of the most influential managers in Wrestlemania history. In fact, the past 10 years have seen him as an integral piece of the show each time... even as an active wrestler himself. He should AT THE LEAST be a manager.
Shane McMahon - Another person who was a great piece of the show between 1998 and 2005. He was either a manager or in the ring, but always a great show to be had.
Kane (Masked) - Though his biggest accomplishment is LOSING to The Undertaker two times, he is still a legendary wrestler, and both of those stories were very well done.
Mankind - Another great piece of Wrestlemania history, Mankind is a good character to have to recreate Austin and Rock storylines... as well as Triple H storylines.
Demolition Ax and Demolition Smash - Ok, so they were only in like one or two Wrestlemanias, and only as fodder for some other team, but really, next to LOD, who is the only "legendary" tag team worth putting here? Especially since Mr. Fuji was part of the list of managers!?
Captain Lou Albano (Manager) - Oh man... this game made me sad when Captain Lou wasn't a member of its manager roster. He was a piece of every Wrestlemania for the first few years... and a huge piece of the "Rock N Wrestling" story, which cemented WWE's history!
Paul Orndorff - Main evented the very first Wrestlemania with Roddy Piper and Cowboy Bob Orton... of course he should be in. He helped start the legacy of Wrestlemania!
Cowboy Bob Orton - Yeah, he wasn't actually IN the match, but he was a great part, and definitely had his own huge piece of the event that started it all.
Elizabeth (Manager) - If Randy Savage is on my list, it's only right to put Elizabeth "The First Diva" in as well. Yeah, her Manager abilities would just be "getting in the way" or something to that effect, but it would be another addition to the gameplay.
Sensational Sherri (Manager) - Shawn Michaels is in the game as his ORIGINAL Heartbreak Kid self... so shouldn't Sensational Sherri (or Scary Sherri...) be at his side!? Really, there is no way he shouldn't be.
Matt Hardy (Old School) - One quarter of the greatest tag team match in Wrestlemania history... the ladder match that started the careers of both Hardys and Edge and Christian. This match put them on the long highway to stardom, and is DEFINITELY a piece of Wrestlemania history.
Jeff Hardy (Old School) - See Matt's definition.
Edge (Old School) - See Matt Hardy.
Christian (Old School) - See Matt Hardy.
Rick Martel - The Model was a great character and was in about five Wrestlemanias, yeah, they'd probably have to put him in his "Strike Force" gear as one of his outfits so he can team with the next person on my list, but come on!
Tito Santana - He'd have to have multiple outfits, too... one as The Matador, one in his Strike Force gear, and one as just old school Tito... but he's been in his fair share of Wrestlemania history, and I think that though it might be a long shot, he should have been in the game as well.
And two celebrities (due to their integral piece of the show's inception):
Mr. T - Part of Wrestlemania AND Wrestlemania II (if I remember correctly), and helped bring wrestling to the mainstream market. He may not have been the greatest wrestler ever, but he was definitely a big piece of Wrestlemania history.
Cyndi Lauper (as a manager) - Another manager which, in my opinion, would have done some fun animations... Jumping on the back of the opponent, screaming at a super high pitch, throwing her hat... Yeah, she wasn't a member of the WWE at all (unlike Mr. T's contract), but she was part of the biggest piece of early Wrestlemania history, and should have been unlockable because of it.
I think that's my whole list. It may seem a little weird in places... but really, I don't think this game should have been just Wrestlemania... it should have spanned the history of WWE in general.
